We are proud to announce the Polish Social Cup, Poland Qualifier Warsaw 2026, taking place during elSol Fall Festival 2026. This is an Official Qualifier Competition for the Bachata Social World Cup Championships 2027 in Geneva, powered by the Bachata Social World Cup judging and competition system. The competition is designed to identify dancers who consistently create the highest quality social dance experience through connection, musicality, adaptability, communication, technique and partner comfort. 🏆 Qualification Prize The winning Leader and the winning Follower will earn a direct qualification to the Bachata Social World Cup Championships 2027 in Geneva, Switzerland. Qualification is personal and non transferable. In addition to qualification spots, competitors will have the opportunity to win festival passes and additional prizes from elSol Festival and its partners. 📅 Event Details Festival: elSol Fall Festival 2026 Competition: Polish Social Cup, Poland Qualifier Warsaw 2026 Category: Professional Division Only Preliminaries & Semi Finals: Saturday, November 14, 2026 Finals: Sunday, November 15, 2026 Judges: 6 judges panel, full lineup to be announced Registration Deadline: November 13, 2026, 23:59 CET Competition Entry Fee: 25 EUR 💃 Professional Division Only This competition is open exclusively to Professional dancers. The Professional division is intended for dancers who receive payment for teaching, performing, assisting, competing, judging or other dance related activities. Participants are expected to register according to their actual dance status. The organizers reserve the right to review registrations and adjust division placement when necessary to ensure fairness and competitive integrity. 🧩 Competition Format The competition follows a Jack & Jill inspired social dance format. Participants register individually as Leaders or Followers. Partners are assigned during the competition and dancers rotate throughout the rounds. The competition focuses on individual social dancing skills rather than choreography or performance. The event may include: • Preliminaries • Semi Finals • Finals The exact number of heats and progression structure will depend on the final number of participants. 🧠 Judging Criteria Each dancer is judged individually in their role as Leader or Follower. Judging focuses on: • Fundamentals • Timing • Body Control • Clean Movement • Connection • Communication • Adaptability • Musicality • Creativity & Style • Positive Presence • Partner Comfort The goal is to reward dancers who consistently create the best social dance experience with different partners. Authentic social dancing is valued above choreography, tricks and show elements. 🎟 Festival Pass Requirements To participate in the competition, every competitor must hold both: • A valid competition registration • A valid festival pass covering all competition days Eligible festival passes: ✅ VIP Pass ✅ Bachata Pass ✅ Salsa Pass ✅ Cuban Pass ✅ Party Pass ✅ Day Pass covering both Saturday and Sunday Not eligible: ❌ Saturday Party Ticket ❌ Sunday Party Ticket ❌ Single night party tickets A single party ticket does not grant access to the competition. If your festival pass does not provide access to the required competition days, you will not be allowed to compete. 📋 Registration Requirements All participants must register through the official Bachata Social World Cup platform. During registration participants must: • Create a competitor profile • Upload a clear profile photo • Complete all required information • Accept the competition rules Profile photos are mandatory and will be used for identification, competitor management and official competition materials. 💰 Refund Policy Festival pass refunds are handled according to the official elSol Festival regulations. The competition entry fee is non refundable. No refunds will be issued if a competitor fails to attend, misses their round, fails to collect their bib number or does not hold the required festival pass. 📌 Additional Information The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, format, number of heats or progression structure if necessary. All results will be processed through the official Bachata Social World Cup digital judging system.
